Shipping

We will always endeavour to ship your order either on the day of order or the following day! We can ship to virtually any address in the world! Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout using size and weight. During sale times please allow up to three working days for dispatch.

Returns Policy

You may return products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund provided they are in perfect condition, unwashed, unused and with the original packaging.

Products must be returned to the following address, at your own cost, with a dispatch note stating our original invoice number:-

If you believe that you have received a faulty or defective item please advise Customer Services immediately at sales@coastandcountryhomewares.com.au.

If the return is of a result of our error (ie. you receive a faulty or defective product) we will reimburse you for the cost of the return postage.

Due to the personal settings of your computer screen the actual product may vary in colour slightly to the image that you see on your screen. If the return is for reasons of colour no return postage will be given as Coast & Country Homewares has made every effort to represent the product accurately on its website.

Once we have received the returned products we will notify you via email of your entitlement to exchange or refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly as our aim is to please our customer.

If you need to return an item either login to your account and view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button or send an email to sales@coastandcountryhomewares.com.au. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

Due to the hand made/hand printed nature of some of the products we stock there may be minor variances.
